You will be expected to maintain the quality and productivity of the service division ensuring full use of all resources and equipment and that exceptional customer satisfaction is offered to both internal and external customers. The suitable applicant will have full technician qualifications and have over two years diagnostic and manufacturer experience. The successful candidate will be able to work in a team and demonstrate strong team skills along with accurate and efficient documentation on a daily basis for quality control and health check work. The Successful candidate will demonstrate core values that fall in line with Company policy of integrity, honesty, accountability, responsibility and performance.
