Honda Delivery
One of the many advantages of becoming a Honda owner is that we make sure you are completely familiar with your new car and the range of services provided by us at John Banks Honda. Before you take delivery of your car, we will have completed a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI). You will receive a copy of the checklist, and the Service book will be stamped to show that the PDI has been carried out. We ensure that all finance documents, (if applicable) insurance certificates and road fund licence are in order for the day you collect your car.
We will also introduce you to the key members of staff who will be responsible for maintaining and servicing your vehicle. As well as this we will request that you take 2 minutes to answer some important customer service questionnaire information in order that we can offer you the continued service and aftercare you would expect from us here at John Banks such as warranty information, aftersales reminders, special offer promotional information and continued support for yourself as a valued customer and your car.

After a few weeks of ownership you will receive a questionnaire from Honda and follow up letters from us on the performance of the vehicle thus far!
We also contact you within three days of your collection to ensure that you are
happy with your vehicle and confirm whether there are any questions you would like
answered about your vehicle as we all forget things in the excitment of purchasing a
new vehicle!
