Afternoon, I would just like to say a big thank you to Hayley, Neil, Ben and I believe Luke who have all dealt with my FR-V. My car had a long running intermittent starting problem, and Ben was able to recall a similar vehicle with a faulty ECU. I was able to obtain a second hand ECU which was recoded to my car by Luke (I believe with a lot of effort) and now the car starts and drives great. I used to work in main dealers myself, and know praise is normally a very rare thing. I was wary of using the dealer network for fear of being 'ripped off', but it was necessary for me due to the nature of my fault. I will certainly be recommending your services to any other honda or Suzuki owners I know. Thank you all once again

Comments: Just a quick bit of positive feedback for Krystina and the service team.... All a credit to John Banks business. Can't fault them really .. Even though the civic wasn't quite ready for my arrival, Krystina made me a great tea (not easily done) and all were personable, relaxed and welcoming... sometimes top end branded companies go to far looking for ultimate professional business, this sometimes means a loss of a personal touch and not making the customer feel relaxed.... great conversations and those touches make a massive difference to the overall experience and mean hopefully long term loyalty and future business and purchases... please thank your team for me..... and those little Jazz's are great.

Recently had the pleasure of buying a used motorcycle from your Bury st Edmonds branch and although it was a long way to come it was worth the journey! I spoke to Mr Tim Ayden on the phone who later greeted my wife and myself with a hot drink a let us inspect the bike without pressuring us, he then shook hands on what was agreed over the phone brilliant! I have purchased many motorcycles, mainly off road, and my experience has not always been as good ie say one thing on phone and another when you have travelled 3 hours!
