Hello, I just wanted to say thank you to two staff at your premises in Bury St Edmunds. It’s all too easy to complain these days but your staff are brilliant! Having gone to EMG and Marshall’s I found myself very uncomfortable with the approach of their staff, which was overly formal in a manner that reminded me of corporate parrots. It was also very apparent with the latter that they were gathering data that they really didn’t need, except to be able to send unwanted marketing emails etc at a later date. I’m sure they would argue that they have a valid reason for their actions and I’m so glad I wasn’t subjected to such behaviour by your staff. Thank you for allowing your staff to be themselves while being friendly, helpful, attentive and professional while balancing this with allowing the customer time and space to look at the car alone to consider the decision, which provides a far more enjoyable customer experience. In particular I would like to thank Nick and Kevin for excellent customer service and Nick for having the patience of a saint when I had big emotional wobbles over parting with a much loved car. They are an absolute credit to your company. I’m really enjoying my lovely new Honda Civic, which has attracted a lot of positive attention from friends and colleagues. Thank you

Afternoon, I would just like to say a big thank you to Hayley, Neil, Ben and I believe Luke who have all dealt with my FR-V. My car had a long running intermittent starting problem, and Ben was able to recall a similar vehicle with a faulty ECU. I was able to obtain a second hand ECU which was recoded to my car by Luke (I believe with a lot of effort) and now the car starts and drives great. I used to work in main dealers myself, and know praise is normally a very rare thing. I was wary of using the dealer network for fear of being 'ripped off', but it was necessary for me due to the nature of my fault. I will certainly be recommending your services to any other honda or Suzuki owners I know. Thank you all once again

Comments: Just a quick bit of positive feedback for Krystina and the service team.... All a credit to John Banks business. Can't fault them really .. Even though the civic wasn't quite ready for my arrival, Krystina made me a great tea (not easily done) and all were personable, relaxed and welcoming... sometimes top end branded companies go to far looking for ultimate professional business, this sometimes means a loss of a personal touch and not making the customer feel relaxed.... great conversations and those touches make a massive difference to the overall experience and mean hopefully long term loyalty and future business and purchases... please thank your team for me..... and those little Jazz's are great.
