Aftersales Service Advisor, Cambridge - Renault

Salary: £Up to £22,000 - Depending on experience + Bonus

Customer Service Advisor - Renault & Dacia Cambridge

As a Customer Service Advsior working with the team of around 30 members of staff from our Mercers Row site you will be an integral part of the team supporting the delivery of a first class customer experience within the aftersales division of John Banks Renault and Dacia.

Your role will be to ensure that our customers' expectations and their experience is of the highest level by giving oustanding customer service, resolving any issues as they come up.  

You will maintain an effective control of the job progress work daily made easy with our superb Job Progress screen facility within our Dealer Management System ensuring that all your work can be managed from a single log on.

You will be required to manage your time and activities and we actively train you to ensure you earn bonus monthly on top of your basic salary.

Job Responsibilities: 

You will ned to display the following experience and skills necessary to perform the job effectively: 

Deal with customers via ipad arrival video, promptly whilst exceeding customer expectations

Deal with workshop loading, correctly understanding a customer requirement via email, SMS, online or face to face.

Able to organise yourself and your day to day activities effectively, efficiently and in line with Company process.

Take the opportunity to discuss, explain and assist customers with value added products on a daily basis all in line with customer needs

Offer payment plans, service plans to spread the cost of our customers motoring expenses

Accurate input of information for the workshop technicians in order to speed up diagnosis of fault or repair 

You will demonstrate: 

An awareness of vehicle understanding - not essential but you must have a full clean driving licence so some vehicle knowledge will come with that.

Previous customer service experience - If this is in a automotive role this is an advantage but not wholly essential

A Valid UK Driving Licence and have held this for a minimum of 1 year

You will work Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm and on a Rota for Saturday 8.30am - 12.30pm
