Service Partial Re-opening following Lockdown

Restrictions on Service Department following soft re-opening with limited staffing levels on the 11th May 2020

Please be aware that we have a limited team returning to the workshops following our soft re-opening on the 11th May 2020 and for when vehicles are booked in for essential maintenance work.

Please note that essential maintenance work and MOT's are a priority and all bookings are to be staggered.

We will not be including Recalls in our back to work maintenance unless these are booked with service and MOT work - any other recalls will be rescheduled from July or August onwards.

Sales will not be open within the showrooms, but we are doing virtual purchases and vehicles can be sold by our online processing team of Directors.

Due to the staggered re-opening of our business we unfortunately have a lack of resource for valeting and collection / loan cars as we still have a majority of our staff away due to vulnerability issues, living with people that are ar risk or due to the majority of staff still being Furloughed, please therefore take note of your time allocation and our limited availability.

We have sanitising and social distancing measures in place that we would ask you to note including no paper invoicing. Please bring your service book and mileage in to the service reception area and follow the paths and allowable areas strictly.

All job cards will be completed on ipads, no paper invoicing as we have the ability to email every invoice to the customer, VHC (Vehicle Health Checks) and authorisation will all be via email and text messaging to avoid any cross contamination with paper passing between staff.

Payment for all work is due prior to collection (unless you are on a manufacturer or EMAC service Plan). Payment will be via payment link, via BACS to our BANK Account on the day or via phone BUT only when our team call you from a secure phone line.

We have installed directional routing, sanitisers, protective screens and key collection areas so please take note and follow these guide lines when you visit.

We will continue our restrictions for keeping our staff safe by NOT carrying out the interior cleaning of vehicles but will be sanitising all loan car vehicles at each use (which unfortunately will mean there will be an additional charge), and no car will be touched without gloves and protection for our staff and customers alike.

No hot beverages will be available and waiting areas are distanced for your protection.
