Company cars are an effective way to save money compared to renting vehicles for employees to use for business purposes. Hyundai offers a wide range of vehicles ideally suited to business users — from the compact i10 and efficient i20, to the sophisticated TUCSON SUV and fully electric IONIQ 5 and KONA Electric.

Monthly Business Contract Hire rates start from around £199 to £562 per month, often equivalent to the cost of only a few short-term rentals. Smaller, predictable monthly payments also help maintain healthy cash flow compared to purchasing vehicles outright.

At the end of the agreement, you can simply upgrade to the latest model or replace the vehicle with a new one — ensuring your company’s image, reliability, and environmental credentials remain first-class.

The standard tax charge on a company car is based on a percentage of the car’s list (retail) price, determined by its fuel type and CO₂ emissions. Cars that are more environmentally friendly — such as Hyundai’s hybrid and electric models — attract lower Benefit-in-Kind (BiK) tax rates. Employers are also required to pay Class 1A National Insurance Contributions on the benefit, and if private fuel is provided, a fixed charge applies depending on the vehicle’s fuel type.
