The Role
Working closely with our Aftersales Manager, Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts Department and Accounts Team, you will help ensure that our service operation runs efficiently and that warranty claims are accurately prepared, submitted and paid.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and submit Renault, Dacia and Alpine warranty and goodwill claims.
Check job cards for accurate repair, parts, labour and diagnostic information.
Follow up and resolve rejected, queried or outstanding claims.
Monitor warranty payments and support claim reconciliation.
Maintain accurate warranty, customer and vehicle records.
Keep up to date with manufacturer campaigns, recalls and policy changes.
Accurately cost and invoice retail, warranty, internal and account work.
Monitor work in progress, unbilled jobs and outstanding claims.
Produce regular aftersales reports and process servicing plans and extended warranties.
Work closely with Accounts to resolve invoicing and reconciliation queries.
Support the Service Reception team during busy periods.
Assist the Aftersales Manager with departmental controls, particularly at month-end.

The Role
As a Renault Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing customer vehicles to manufacturer standards, ensuring every customer receives the highest level of workmanship and care.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Renault vehicles.
Perform advanced fault finding using Renault diagnostic systems and specialist tools.
Complete vehicle health checks and electronic reports accurately.
Undertake warranty work in line with Renault manufacturer standards.
Carry out MOT testing (if qualified), brake repairs, tyre fitting, and air conditioning servicing.
Work closely with Service Advisors and the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer satisfaction.
Support and mentor junior technicians where required.
