Dacia Award winning performance
  • Dacia sold 676,340 vehicles in 2024, up 2.7% on 2023. The brand has sold more than 9 million cars since 2004

  • Dacia achieved a record-breaking market share, accounting for 3.9% of the Passenger Car (PC) and Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV)* sales in Europe (up 0.1 points on 2023) and 4.5% of PC* sales in Europe (up 0.1 points on 2023)

  • The brand also retained its place on the European podium for sales to retail customers**, its core customer base, with a market share of 8.2% (-0.1% on 2023). Provisional data.

  • This achievement was driven by a robust product plan, featuring four key models:

    • Sandero: 309,392 sold, up +14.5% on 2023; Europe’s best-selling vehicle across all channels, and the best-selling vehicle in the European retail market since 2017

    • Duster (generation 2 and 3): 215,024 sold, up 7.3% on 2023; the best-selling SUV in the retail market since 2018 and the second most sold vehicle to retail customers in Europe, behind Sandero

    • Jogger: 96,440 sold, up 2.4% on 2023; maintains its podium position in the non-SUV C-Segment vehicle in the European retail market

    • Spring: 22,884 sold, -63% below 2023. Sales fell significantly in 2024, mainly due to the reduction in government grants. The arrival of the new version in showrooms in September led to an increase in orders over the last three months

  • Dacia continues to redefine the essentials, a unique positioning that is supported by customers, as strongly demonstrated by the brand’s market-leading customer acquisition and retention rates

  • Dacia is focusing on the electrification by expanding its range of hybrid powertrains: HYBRID 140 on Jogger, then Duster, and HYBRID 155 on Bigster, which is the first model within the Renault Group to benefit from this new powertrain

  • Dacia’s momentum will continue in 2025, notably with:

  • The launch of Bigster, now available to pre-order and will arrive in retailers in spring 2025

  • Its involvement in rally-raid and the Dakar Rally

Dacia achieves a record market share in 2024 and remains strongly on the European podium for retail customers.
