New Renault Megane E-Tech Electric Unveiled with Greater Range, Smarter Technology and Sharper Design
Renault has revealed the new Megane E-Tech Electric, introducing a refreshed design, improved electric performance, enhanced onboard technology and an even more generous standard specification.
Since its launch in 2022, the Megane E-Tech Electric has become one of Renault's most popular electric models, helping thousands of drivers make the transition to zero-emission motoring. The latest version builds on that success with upgrades designed to make every journey easier, whether around town or on longer trips.
Sharper Styling with Greater Road Presence
The new Megane E-Tech Electric features a redesigned front end with Renault's latest design language, giving the car a more dynamic and confident appearance.
A new diamond-pattern lighting signature, remodelled front bumper and gloss black grille combine to create a stronger road presence, while new alloy wheel designs and fresh body colours, including the striking Satin Blue finish, further enhance its modern appeal.
The simplified range now consists of just two well-equipped trim levels:
Techno – featuring new 19-inch alloy wheels, Google built-in and a generous level of standard equipment.
Esprit Alpine – adding exclusive styling, 20-inch alloy wheels, premium Harman Kardon audio, massage seats and additional driver assistance technologies.
More Range and Faster Charging
At the heart of the new Megane E-Tech Electric is a 220hp electric motor paired with a new 67kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery.
The updated battery delivers a WLTP driving range of up to 310 miles, giving drivers even greater confidence on longer journeys.
Charging has also been improved, with DC rapid charging up to 165kW, allowing the battery to recharge from 15% to 80% in around 24 minutes, helping reduce charging stops on the move.
The Megane continues to use Renault's wound-rotor synchronous motor, manufactured in France without the use of rare earth materials, supporting both sustainability and impressive performance.
