Dacia Unveils New Models and Electrification Plans at the 2026 Paris Motor Show

Dacia has showcased its next stage of development at the 2026 Paris Motor Show, revealing new models, expanding its electrified line-up and strengthening its presence in the C-segment.

Staying true to its focus on simplicity and value for money, the brand is preparing for the future with a combination of affordable electric mobility, hybrid technology and new crossover designs.

Second-Generation Dacia Spring Revealed

One of the key highlights is the world premiere of the second-generation Dacia Spring. The all-electric city car continues the brand’s mission to make electric mobility more accessible, with an entry price below £18,000.

The new Spring also marks the beginning of a future family of electric vehicles that Dacia plans to expand by 2030.

Introducing the New Dacia Striker

Dacia has also unveiled the Striker, a new C-segment crossover designed to complement the Bigster and attract both private and professional customers.

With pricing planned from under £25,000, the Striker expands Dacia’s offering in a competitive segment while maintaining the brand’s focus on affordability and practicality.

More Hybrid Options Across the Range

Electrification remains a key part of Dacia’s plans, with the new hybrid 155 powertrain being introduced to the Sandero, Sandero Stepway and Jogger.

The Duster and Bigster will also feature the new hybrid 150 4x4 powertrain, bringing additional electrified options to the brand’s SUV range.

Alongside the all-electric Spring, these developments demonstrate Dacia’s commitment to expanding its electrified line-up while continuing to offer practical vehicles at accessible prices.

Looking Ahead to 2030

The announcements form part of Dacia’s wider futuREady strategic plan, which focuses on expanding its C-segment range, developing electric vehicles and progressively electrifying its model line-up.

With new models and powertrains on the way, Dacia is continuing to evolve while remaining focused on what matters most to its customers: practical vehicles, essential features and outstanding value for money.
