Am I eligible for Motability Scheme?

The Motability Scheme provides worry-free mobility to disabled people as it enables you to exchange your mobility allowance to lease a new car. You are eligible to join if you are in receipt of one of the following allowances and have at least 12months’ award length remaining: Motability Scheme allows you the opportunity to exchange your allowance to lease a new car. In order to be eligible you must have been receiving one of the below and have 12 months remaining. All vehicles purchased under the Motability scheme include metallic paint.

HRMC DLA

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) provides an allowance that can be used towards a Motability Scheme lease agreement.

WPMS

AFIP

ERMC PIP

Personal Independence Payment (PIP) is a benefit for people aged 16 an over with a long term health condition or disability. PIP will gradually be replacing the Disbility Living Allowance (DLA) to dwp.gov.uk/pip.
