Dacia Jogger scoops double victory at the Auto Express Used Car Awards 2026

Dacia Jogger Wins Two Titles at the Auto Express Used Car Awards 2026

The Dacia Jogger has taken home two awards at the Auto Express Used Car Awards 2026, winning ‘Best Used Hybrid Car’ and ‘Best Used Family Car’ in recognition of its practicality, value for money and efficient hybrid technology.

The only model to secure two category wins at this year’s awards, the Jogger also finished fifth overall in the Used Car of the Year rankings. The latest success follows its ‘Best Used MPV’ title in 2025, further highlighting its appeal among families and used car buyers.

Richard Ingram, Deputy Editor at Auto Express, praised the Jogger’s affordability, highlighting the opportunity for buyers to find a lightly used, seven-seat hybrid for less than the price of a new supermini.

Affordable Hybrid Technology

The ‘Best Used Hybrid Car’ award recognises the Jogger’s ability to make electrified driving more accessible. Introduced in 2023 as Dacia’s first hybrid model, the Jogger Hybrid 140 combines a 1.6-litre petrol engine with two electric motors to deliver efficient performance without needing to be plugged in.

For used car buyers, this offers an opportunity to benefit from improved fuel economy and smooth everyday driving at a more accessible price.

The award also reflects Dacia’s wider commitment to electrification. Through its futuREady strategy, the brand aims for two-thirds of its sales to be electrified by 2030, continuing its focus on making useful technology affordable and accessible.

Space for the Whole Family

The Jogger’s second accolade, ‘Best Used Family Car’, celebrates its versatility and everyday practicality.

With seven seats as standard, the Jogger offers space for family and friends, alongside a flexible interior suited to everything from school runs and weekly shopping to holidays and weekend trips.

For those needing extra room, removing the third-row seats and folding the second row creates more than 2,000 litres of carrying capacity, making it a practical choice for busy family life.

Lina Ribeiro, Dacia Brand Director for the UK, said the awards demonstrate the lasting value of the Jogger’s combination of space, versatility and affordability, while highlighting the importance of making hybrid technology accessible to more drivers.

Outstanding Value on the Used Market

With early examples available from around £10,000, the Dacia Jogger continues to demonstrate how much practicality and flexibility buyers can get for their money.

Its double victory at the Auto Express Used Car Awards 2026 reinforces its position as a compelling option for families looking for an affordable, spacious and efficient vehicle, whether choosing a hybrid or a conventional petrol model.
