This role oversees new and used motorcycle sales, team performance, stock management, off-road and on-road retailing, and customer experience across a high-volume showroom.

Ideal for a seasoned bike enthusiast with a proven track record in motorcycle retail leadership.

• Sales Manager / Team Leader – Renault, Dacia & Alpine, Cambridge

Located at our flagship Mercers Row dealership, this senior role leads the multi-brand sales operation across Renault, Dacia and Alpine.
Responsibilities include managing a fast-paced team, driving stock turn, maximising enquiry conversion, ensuring manufacturer standards, and delivering exceptional customer experience for both new and used retail.

Perfect for an ambitious automotive leader with strong digital and showroom sales expertise.

• Vehicle Technicians & Master Technicians

Positions available across all sites, including Suzuki Ipswich, Honda Cambridge, and the new Recovery Excellence Hub. Roles include diagnostics, PDI, warranty work and specialist repairs with manufacturer training available.
